Prof. Dr. Maryam Shoaib

Prof. Maryam Shoaib is the Head of the Department of
Gynaecology, Unit IV, Bolan Medical Complex Hospital (BMCH),
Quetta. She serves as the Vice President of the Punjab
Urogynaecological Association (PUGA), Balochistan Chapter, and
is a Supervisor at the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan
(CPSP). Prof. Shoaib is also the Focal Person for the Fistula Centre,
Quetta, where she plays a key role in improving women’s
reproductive health services. In addition, she serves as the Director
of BIRTH Ova IVF Centre, Quetta, contributing to advancements
in fertility care and assisted reproductive technologies in the region.
Dr. Muhammad Nasir Sulaiman
MBBS, FRCS
Dr. Muhammad Nasir Sulaiman is a graduate of Dow Medical
College. He did his FRCS in General Surgery from Glasgow and
Edinburgh in 1988. He managed to rotate in the different
subspecialties of urology, like reconstructive urology, urogynecology,
uro-oncology, stone disease, andrology, urodynamic
unit and general urology. He has developed an interest in these
subspecialties and managed to implement them in his practice in
Pakistan in the different Institutions that he has been involved with.
He has a special interest in endourology, andrology including penile
prosthesis, male infertility and urethral surgery. Dr. Sulaiman has a
number of papers published in national and international journals.
He has attended different symposiums workshops and has also
conducted them locally. He has been actively involved in teaching
under and post-graduate students.
Dr. Novera Ghayoor Chughtai

Dr. Novera Ghayoor Chughtai is an Assistant Professor of
Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery in the
Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Aga Khan University
Hospital, Karachi, Pakistan. She also serves as a Supervisor for the
Fellowship in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at
the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan. In recognition of
her contributions to medical education, she received the Physician
Educator Award 2023 from the Accreditation Council for Graduate
Medical Education–International (ACGME-I). She is an Executive
Member of the Pakistan Urogynecologists Association, a Member

Dr. Mariam Iqbal

Dr. Mariam Iqbal has over 14 years of experience in the field of
Gynecology and Obstetrics and has worked in Pakistan's largest
hospitals, including Liaquat National Hospital in Karachi, Services
Hospital, Lahore, as well as Nishtar Hospital, Multan. Her special
interests include Gynecological Endoscopic Surgery, Infertility
high-risk pregnancies, and Aesthetic Gynecology for which she got

Prof. Dr. Humera Noreen

Prof. Humera Noreen is currently serving as the Head of the
Department of Gynaecology Unit II at Holy Family Hospital,
affiliated with Rawalpindi Medical University (RMU), Rawalpindi.
She also holds the position of Director of the Directorate of
Assessment (Postgraduate) and serves as the Course Director for
DGO at RMUR. In addition to her administrative and academic
responsibilities, she is an Executive Member of the Punjab
Urogynaecological Association (PUGA) and a Member of the
International Urogynaecological Association (IUGA). Dr. [Name]

Dr. Urooj Kashif

Dr. Urooj Kashif completed her Fellowship in Urogynecology and
Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at Aga Khan University Hospital,

awarded in 2013 by the College of Physicians and Surgeons,

Prof. Dr. Syed Sheeraz-ur-Rehman is a Professor in the Department
of General Surgery at Liaquat National Hospital (LNH), Karachi,
and serves as the Director of Undergraduate Surgical Education at

Surgeons of Glasgow and the Secretary of the Board of Governors

Principal of the Postgraduate Medical Institute (PGMI),
